Millwork Assembler - I

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Millwork Assembler to join our Case Department. This position involves assembling cabinets, countertops, and various custom millwork components. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking or millwork assembly and be comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble custom cabinets, countertops, and architectural millwork components
• Install drawer slides, hinges, and other hardware
• Read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists
• Maintain high quality and craftsmanship standards
• Safely operate various hand tools and power tools
• Perform layout, drilling, sanding, and fitting as needed
• Collaborate with team members and shop leads to meet production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cabinetry, millwork, or related wood product assembly preferred
• Ability to read tape measure and basic blueprints/shop drawings
• Familiarity with typical woodworking tools and hardware installation
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable and punctual with a good work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
