DESE Research is seeking a Proposal Support Senior Analyst to support business capture and proposal management leaders in partnership with Boeing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Missile Defense, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), and Long-Range Precision Fires. This role requires experience in proposal development, including color team reviews, win strategy development, and a solid understanding of the DoD budget and acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business capture and proposal management teams in developing winning strategies.
- Participate in proposal activities, including color team reviews, compliance checks, and content development.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to ensure seamless coordination of proposal efforts.
- Analyze the DoD budget and acquisition process to align proposals with customer needs and funding opportunities.
- Develop briefings, reports, and documentation in support of business capture and proposal activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create and manage proposal documents.
- Interact with executives and senior leadership to present key findings and recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of relevant experience in business capture, proposal development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Defense Studies, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Missile Defense, IAMD, and Long-Range Precision Fires.
- Experience with DoD acquisition processes and proposal management methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively with large, geographically distributed teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with executives and senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior government or military experience.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in proposal development and capture strategy.
