The Human Resources Department is hiring for a Temporary Human Resources Aide that will work between 20 and 40 hours per week for up to 6 months based on the availability of needed work.
This position will be in the office Monday through Friday with a rate of pay of $16 an hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Scanning employee files to be stored electronically.
- Indexing and sorting documents into the appropriate electronic files.
- Properly disposing of paper files after being scanned.
- Supporting the Human Resources department with other initiatives.
- High school graduate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive documentation.
- Strong PC skills, especially using document scanning and storage software.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well with others and receive/implement feedback.
Salary : $16
