Digital Marketplace Fraud Analyst I
Deseret Digital Media (DDM), home to Utah’s #1 Digital Marketplace and News site KSL.com, is hiring a Fraud Analyst to help detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity on our platform. Your work will enhance security and user trust while collaborating with teams across cybersecurity, customer support, engineering, and legal.
This position reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and offers remote flexibility, but you must reside in Utah or Idaho .
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and analyze platform activity for fraud patterns and anomalies.
- Investigate suspicious traffic, accounts, transactions, and behaviors .
- Develop and refine fraud detection strategies and rules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud cases and strengthen defenses.
- Stay updated on emerging fraud tactics and industry trends.
- Assist in testing and implementing new fraud detection tools .
