Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides service to DFCU member businesses in online banking, merchant services, statements, account inquiries, etc.
- Performs periodic business loan reviews and obtains updated business financial statements.
- Serves as a help-desk reference for staff and members on business deposit/loan services.
- Processes and performs initial underwriting on small business loan applications.
- Develops and maintains relationship between DFCU and its business members.
- Performs periodic site visits and collateral inspections.
- Determines and executes loan servicing actions.
- Performs business loan Quality Control checks.
- Maintains business loan files.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Applicants working towards a degree that have completed courses in accounting, business, and finance will be considered.
- Two years of related experience required.
