Summary: Digital Support Specialist provides service to members of the credit union by opening accounts (phone and online request), monitoring and responding to e-communications (chat, email, secure messaging), and daily management of Mobile Deposits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews Mobile Deposits and monitors for “red flags” to mitigate fraud
- Responds to members’ electronic messages
- Owns the member experience by recommending credit union products and services to existing members
- Takes incoming calls from members to assist them with account needs and transactions
- Opens and maintains accounts

- High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of industry experience required
- Bilingual/Spanish-speaking highly preferred
- Must be friendly, energetic, personable, and service-oriented
