The schedule is Monday-Friday 10 : 00-2 : 00 as well as rotating Saturdays. After the initial training period onsite, at our Operations Center in West Valley City, UT, there will be an option to work remotely.
Summary : The Member Service Agent provides service to members of the credit union by processing their financial transactions and educating them on credit union products and services over the phone and via email and other electronic correspondence.
