Position Overview
Desert Champions is hiring for a Seasonal Line Cook for NOBU - Indian Wells. This position requires excellent communication with restaurant guests while preparing beverages to NOBU standards in a fast-paced and elevated dining environment. The bartender is responsible for greeting guests, explaining the menu, processing payments, and collaborating with other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service and level best hospitality. Must have comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and the ability to learn new recipes and improvise with ease.

- Approximate start date will be between September and February
- Must be available at least 3 shifts, per week, through February
- Must adhere to an agreed upon, open availability from February 24, 2025 through March 16, 2025
- Position may be extended through May 2025
Salary : $16 - $17
