What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Sushi Chef - Nobu - Indian Wells position at Desert Champions LLC?
- Responsible for the daily operations of the Sushi Bar, including the profitability, monitoring all costs and controls while not compromising guest satisfaction or quality.
- To operate the Sushi Bar to the highest of standards; to comply with Nobu procedures and policies and applicable laws and regulations governing health and safety and the workplace.
- To maintain the Nobu standards and ensure excellent service. Must work closely with Nobu Management team in promoting the company’s culture, mission and philosophy.
- To maintain excellent guest relations and develop a loyal clientele, including VIP’s and regulars.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
