Warehouse/Receiving Clerk 12728 DDC - Tucson, AZ Job Description:
Under direct supervision of the Inventory Control Supervisor, enhances effectiveness by performing a variety of Shipping & Receiving duties and tasks. Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education And Experience
High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year clerical or shipping, receiving and/or inventory experience; or Certificate of completion of the Warehouse/Receiving Intern Training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate must pass basic computer test. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license and to include the following:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member regularly is required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to walk. The team member occasionally is required to stand; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
Work is generally performed in a warehouse setting with a moderate to high noise level. Some work is performed in a Casino setting with exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level. Evening, graveyard, holiday and/or weekend work may be required. Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform clerical work required in the receiving of goods in a warehouse setting.
- Prepares forms and maintains records dealing with shipments received discrepancies and damaged merchandise.
- Receive telephone calls and provide information related to warehoused items and activities as required.
- Receive and verify the shipment against the purchase order for deliveries from all distributors.
- Process, review, and record incoming materials, supplies or equipment to appropriate requestor.
- Operates hand held remote terminals for a sourcing and materials management system.
- Prepare and file logs for record of delivery.
- Prepare labels for out going packages requested by department.
- Issue or cancel receiver numbers when requested.
- Close work orders in tracking system.
- Assist with inventories as needed.
- Review all internal/external requisitions and make changes when necessary.
- Enter all food, paper, and liquor invoices into a sourcing and materials management system.
- Run daily/monthly requisition reports from a sourcing and materials management system.
- Review End of Month activity reports.
- Review, issue, process and close all shipping and receiving work orders.
- Greets, issues and assigns badges for vendors and informs the appropriate contact.
- Performs other duties as required.
