What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Guard position at Desert Eagle Security?
We are looking for reliable and experienced Security Guards to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for responding to emergencies, and providing assistance to visitors. The Security Guard serves by maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, personnel, and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
- Verify government issued ID's.
- Enforce security policies and procedures.
- Respond to and investigate disturbances.
- Maintain records of security incidents and suspicious activities.
- Write detailed reports of security breaches or suspicious activities.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Can stand for up to 8 hours and is OK with sitting in patrol vehicle for a majority of the shift.
- Can de-escalate situations safely and professionally.
Requirements.
- Active Arizona Guard card verified on DPS website.
- Provide 5 Year MVD report.
- Possess an Arizona Driver's License and proof of active motor vehicle insurance.
- Must have a clear driving history to be added to company motor vehicle insurance (use of the Marked patrol vehicle is required).
Scheduling Expectations.
- 12 hour shift, Graves 1800-0600
- 12-24 hours a week.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
