Medical Assistant
Desert Edge Medical is currently searching for a full-time Medical Assistant to join our team. Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, dependable, great with multi-tasking, friendly, and is able to interact with patients and staff in a professional and positive manner.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vitals
- Assemble necessary documents and supplies
- Document medical history
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Perform EKG's
- Administer injections
- Perform blood draws
- Assist during medical examinations and small procedures
- Stock and clean exam rooms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
