Administrative Assistant
Full Time Position
Must be available on Weekends & Holiday’s
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Member billing and statements
- Assist with Pay roll
- Answer Phones
- Greet and welcomes all members and guests
- Accommodating Guests needs
- Take Restaurant and Social Event Reservations
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Publisher and Power point.
- Assisting Events Director with Social Event Décor
- Arranging staff meetings and scheduling appointments
- Answering or transferring phone calls and taking messages for select staff members
- Maintaining the office calendar
- Writing memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets and other reports as needed
- Keeping the office database and filing system up to date and organized
- Purchasing office supplies and work with vendors
- Working with office equipment vendors to purchase and maintain office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Sorting and delivering all mail and faxes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
