What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV Park Attendant position at Desert Gold RV Park?
We’re looking for a dependable RV Park Attendant to help with operations at Desert Gold RV Park. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping things clean and running smoothly. The hours are very minimum, perfect for someone in the area just looking to make a little extra cash. Very flexible hours to work with almost any schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver notices to tenants as needed
- Occasionally collect cash payments from tenants
- Read and record electric meter readings
- Keep the on-site laundry room and shower facilities clean
- Report any maintenance issues or tenant concerns to the Property Manager
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable and trustworthy, especially with handling cash
- Comfortable interacting with tenants in a professional manner
- Able to perform light cleaning duties and routine tasks without supervision
- Organized and consistent with tracking meter readings and deliveries
