Job Description :

Desert Legal Group is seeking a skilled and driven Family Law Attorney to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives while working alongside a team of experienced legal professionals.

Location : 3800 N. Central Ave., Suite 570, Phoenix, Arizona 85012

Responsibilities :

Represent clients in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, and modifications.

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and settlement proposals.

Conduct legal research to stay current on family law trends and best practices.

Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials, advocating effectively for clients.

Provide legal counsel and support to clients throughout their cases.

Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.

2-5 years of family law experience preferred . We are willing to train the right candidate.

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to manage around 40 cases efficiently and meet deadlines.

A client-centered approach, with a passion for advocating in family law matters.
