Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and explain our services.
- Effectively convey the value of our firm’s legal services and help prospective clients take the next steps.
- Manage inbound client inquiries, conduct initial consultations, and follow up to ensure a seamless intake process.
- Track and report monthly and quarterly performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update the client database to ensure accurate and accessible information.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales related role.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is a plus.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
