We are seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our rapidly growing presence here in the Greater Metro Phoenix Area. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule alongside our patient needs.


Seeing a maximum of 5 patients a day while continuing to grow rapidly without sacrificing revenue, culminating in equity ownership in the company. You will be starting off with 100 patients with a maximum patient census of 200 patients. We want you to be able to take care of patients and not be bogged down by an assembly line mentality that manifests in most primary care practices.


This position offers endless opportunities in Primary Care, Medical Aesthetics, Medical Weight Loss, as well as Hormone Replacement Therapy, IV Nutrition, & Acute Detoxification.


This is a patient centric position and offers no medical billing whatsoever. There is abundant room for stupendous growth within our company. Spend ample time with your patients as well as have extra time off to spend with your loved ones.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·      Customer Service Excellence

o  Delivers excellent customer service.

o  Seeks to increase patient engagement and satisfaction through integration of feedback from patients, management, and professional colleagues.

·      Patient-Centered Quality and Safety

o  Provide clinical oversight for ordering laboratory and radiology testing services in a unique mobile environment.

o  Educate patients on maintaining proper health.

o  Evaluate, make recommendations, manage, and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment.

o  Document all patient care within an electronic health record.

o  Participate in an interdisciplinary team providing care and coordination of our patients with internal and external colleagues including the broader patient centered medical home ensuring the highest level of care is always provided for all patients.

o  Facilitates the development of effective Patient Centered Practice Teams

o  Responds to patient care inquiries throughout the day.

·      Required Qualifications

o  AZ Medical License in good standing and active in the state of Arizona.

o  Current National Board Certification in Internal Medicine or related specialty

o  Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

o  Demonstrated outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

o  Proven Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility.

o  Demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.

o  Proven proficiency with information management and technology

o  Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues as necessary to provide quality care

·      Preferred Qualifications

o  1 years of Primary Care or similar experience preferred.

o  Providers are expected to travel to patients’ homes as needed by the business.

o  While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to move about and interact with patients and speak intelligibly.

  • o  Sit, write, operate the computer and phone.
