What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook II. position at Desert Oak Barbecue?
A Cook, or Line Cook, is responsible for preparing ingredients for sides, preparation of all in house recipes and products. Knowledge of recipe execution and attention to detail is a must for this position. You will be working in a 100% scratch kitchen making menu items daily or hourly depending on business needs. Cleanliness is our highest priority when serving our guests and it should be yours. We carry ourselves with the highest regard and we expect the same from every candidate we choose.
