Food and Beverage Manager
We're looking for an experienced manager to help us develop and grow our restaurant!
As a member of the Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the Front of the House Team Members. You will also lead the successful execution of department goals and initiatives. It will be up to you to make sure that operations are running smoothly while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Working side by side with other managers, you will:
- Developing the bar drink menu
- Ensure front of house and bar orders are input weekly
- Maintain budget and monitor cost
- Schedule front of house staff
- Appropriately delegate tasks to staff
- Oversees staff, including bartenders and barbacks
- Hire, train, promote, and, when necessary, discipline
- Use point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms
We'll provide you with all you need to succeed, but here's what we hope you can bring to the table:
- Expert knowledge of the food and beverage industry. You have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
- You have the education and experience. You have 3-5 years of restaurant management or team lead experience and/or 1-5 years of previous management experience.
