What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Kiosk Crew Member position at Desert Oak Barbecue?
When you enter the Kiosk get ready to run your dynamic, driven team of barbecue making pros. You will work along side your team on each shift helping to create a variety of meals ranging from snacks to dinner.
Experience in the food industry is beneficial but not essential. We will also be happy to receive applications from experienced shift leaders/assistant managers looking for their first solo role (details below)
If you don't know barbecue we will teach you the ins and outs so by the end of the Summer you'll know how to do everything.
The ideal candidate will have :
- At least 1 years experience in a leadership role, working in the food/hospitality or retail sector.
-Have confidence and be self-sufficient, with the ability to make decisions and manage situations without supervision.
-Work under pressure to produce high quality products at speed.
Our hours of operation vary based on game schedule at Southwest University Park for both the El Paso Chihuahua home games and the El Paso Locomotive's from Tuesday-Sunday
