We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our North Scottsdale team. Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and managing voicemail messages
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out processes
• Verifying insurance information and referrals
• Collecting copays and managing outstanding balances
• Faxing patient records to referring physicians
• Performing end-of-day cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and organized office
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Previous experience in a medical office is a plus
