The HR Clerk supports new hire orientation and the day-to-day duties of the department. The HR Clerk will handle a wide range of administrative and supportive tasks and have impeccable follow through skills. This person must be well organized, able to interact with both staff and external contacts, and have a high level of professionalism.
Assists with managing and organizing incoming applications, communicating and responding to applicant inquiries, and assisting with pre-employment paperwork.
Maintains personnel files, including filing documents and updating information in the database and spreadsheets. Assists with HR projects as needed.
This position will work Tuesday and Thursday - 8 hour days
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
One (1) year previous experience in a human resources support role preferred
