Desert Pine Chiropractic is seeking an upbeat, enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant who is self-motivated and loves to serve people with a compassionate heart. Candidates should have a strong background in customer service with a positive, open-minded attitude. Candidates should also be willing to challenge old belief patterns around health and wellness.
The right candidate will support the team with enthusiasm in patient intakes, patient evaluations, phone calls, billing, execution and coordination of marketing events, and collaboration with community outreach initiatives. This individual will be responsible for multiple tasks simultaneously and be expected to deliver high-quality performance on a consistent basis.

What you’ll be responsible for along with fellow Chiropractic Assistants:
- New patient intake
- Patient evaluations including X-rays
- Patient education
- Reception duties
- Billing duties
- Community outreach initiatives
- Incoming and outbound phone calls
- Control and oversee of patient flow
Experience you’ll Need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred, but not required: experience in a customer service role with a proven track record of performing with excellence
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to deescalate high intensity situations
- Strong process-orientation and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast pace, high energy environment
- Ability to quickly create solutions in high pressure situations
- Excellent memorization skills
- This position is not your typical health and wellness office!

Please note! We are a brand new office set to open mid May. If construction continues to go as planed we will begin normal hours at that time. Before opening 15-30 training hours will be necessary to prepare you for your role in serving others. Some of these hours will be on your own and some will be via zoom or in person.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
