Duties
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, stand up and sit down forklifts for loading and unloading goods.
- Perform order picking and packing for shipment, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
- Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and organizing products within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and meet daily operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and operating heavy equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote a safe working environment.
Skills
- Experience in warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using stand up and sit down forklifts a must.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, including order picking and packing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required by job duties.
