Desert Ready Mix is a well-established company in Arizona. We have been open since 2014. We are looking for a dispatcher for our Nevada location, with great work ethic and a friendly attitude.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop positive relationships with drivers and customers.
- Assist with inbound customer and driver calls.
- Enter customer orders / job accurately and timely into dispatch system.
- Coordinate daily logistic of the shipping points, mixer drivers, and delivery points.
- Assure special instructions and / or site-specific requirements are accurately recorded.
- Communicate information to supervisors, drivers, and / or customers via messaging, telephone, and internal dispatching system.
- Assist with schedules as needed throughout the day.
- Customer Service follow-up as needed.
- Schedule : Monday-Friday w / a rotating weekend schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned by management team.
