Toddler/Infant Teacher Part time or Full time available

Job Overview
We are a faith based preschool seeking a passionate and dedicated toddler teacher to join our team. We are also looking for an afternoon infant teacher who has experience in a licensed infant room.

Duties

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play.
• Provide attentive care to toddlers and infants, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive learning environment.
• Facilitate activities that encourage social interaction, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Observe and assess each child's development, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.

Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Experience working with students in a preschool or childcare setting.
• Strong background in toddler care and infant care.
• Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
• Proven ability in classroom management techniques.
• Experience in caregiving or babysitting roles is beneficial.
• Certification in First Aid is preferred.
