Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent role for individuals with 1-5 years of experience in the Investment Advisory role, looking to develop their financial advising skills and begin building a successful book of business. In this position, you will work closely with senior advisors to provide financial advice and solutions to clients, while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to accelerate your career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior financial advisors in providing comprehensive financial advice, including retirement planning, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Proactively grow your own client base by identifying potential prospects and nurturing relationships.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their financial situation, needs, and objectives.
- Learn and apply industry best practices.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to build your knowledge and expertise.
- Support client meetings and participate in portfolio reviews and strategy sessions.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience or interest in financial planning or investment services (internships or prior roles in finance are a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Desire to build a long-term career in financial services.
- Series 65 or 7 & 66 licensed.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the financial industry.
