Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality floral arrangements, from everyday bouquets to elaborate event installations.
• Stay up to date on floral trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
• Manage floral materials, ensuring quality and freshness while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of orders and event setups.
• Maintain a clean and organized design workspace.
• Multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional floral designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a floral designer in a retail florist, event planning, or high-end floral studio.
• Strong knowledge of floral design techniques, color theory, and flower care.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team to collaborate on floral designs and meet client needs.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.

Preferred But Not Required:

• Formal training or certification in floral design.
• Experience working with weddings, corporate events, and large-scale installations.
• Knowledge of specialty floral materials such as silk arrangements, succulents, orchids, and unique floral décor.
• Experience mentoring or training junior designers.
