Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cellular Tower Crew Foreman to join our team in Arizona. This role is responsible for leading crews in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cellular tower infrastructure. The Crew Foreman will ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise crews in cellular tower installation and maintenance projects.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to cellular tower infrastructure.
- Operate and oversee the use of construction equipment necessary for tower work.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with T-Mobile and Verizon network requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed.
- Travel within the state of Arizona as required for projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Cellular Tower Technician.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Hands-on experience working with T-Mobile and Verizon networks.
- Proficiency in using various construction tools and equipment related to tower installation.
- Ability to work at heights and in various outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Arizona.
