Amenities Coordinator
Position Title: Amenities Coordinator
Salary Range: $15–$17 hourly
Reports to: General Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Amenities Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth coordination and scheduling of facilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, member services, new member onboarding, database management, and maintaining efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, take messages, and assist walk-in visitors.
- Manage the facility calendar.
- Process homeowner and tenant digital memberships
- Maintain and update member database and Lot Files.
- Process and manage boat registrations and related records.
- Maintain lagoon usage records and amenity totals.
- Ensure the availability of necessary forms in the office and park.
- Open, sort, and distribute mail.
- Check drop box daily.
- Process clubhouse and picnic table rentals.
- Schedule cleaners and lifeguards as needed.
- Create and update the monthly outside calendar.
- Assist in the preparation of board packets.
- Attend Board Meetings and assist with events.
- Maintain lobby area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of reception/administrative experience; experience in the HOA field is a plus.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Valid Nevada Driver’s License
- Must pass a background check.
