What are the responsibilities and job description for the FedEx Ground Delivery Driver position at Desert Sun Delivery Inc?

We are a company contracted to FedEx Ground Delivery and currently have a full time, permanent position for a driver to provide package pick-up and delivery services for FedEx customers. We are looking for responsible and safe drivers who can provide excellent service and follow delivery procedures in a safe and efficient manner.
Salary is paid weekly.
We operate Monday-Saturday. Schedule will include Sundays and one weekday off (specific day to be determined)
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Have a valid driver license and clean driving record.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random drug screens.
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a background check
- Be able to lift, carry, and move packages up to 150 lbs.
Paid sick time, 401(k) with matching, and paid holidays provided after 90 days. A performance review is done after 90 days with possibility of pay raise.
