Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Ability to handle high phone traffic with a great attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the sales pipeline accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Must be comfortable with creating walk-around videos for potential customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales BDC is mandatory, automotive preferred.
- High-level performer with inbound and outbound phone skills
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to business development and sales processes.
- CRM Experience
*5 day work week, which includes Saturday's. Closed on Sundays. Hours are 8AM to 6PM.
