This position in 4 days 10 hrs. shifts on call one day a week one weekend a month.
Job Requirements
Valid for 2 years. Available for free at Covered in WAMC orientation packet when they come into facility under Essentials.

As of 1 / 01 / 24 California law permits the testing for marijuana psychoactive metabolites only by saliva. All drug screens will be required to have two components for onboarding at all CA Prime facilities.
A 10-panel urine drug screen excluding THC and a psychoactive THC saliva test.
Relias accepted. Must be completed annually.
Completed after all other credentials are uploaded and with most up to date information.
American Heart Association or Red Cross
Primary Source Verification of professional license, and / or certification, as required for the position. Ran within 30 days of start. Updated upon expiration.
2 COVID-19 vaccines and booster required or declination completed
Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity
Annual Respirator fit test. Locations that allow onsite testing : NJ - Saint Michael's Medical Center, NJ-Saint Mary's Hospital (Mask Accepted : 3M 9205 ), CA-West Anaheim Medical Center, CA-Garden Grove Hospital Medical Center.
Declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center.
Flu Vaccine or declination required October1-May 31. Declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center.
