Client Engagement Specialist
Reports to: Director of Sales or Sales Manager

Position Overview:
The Client Engagement Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for all new leads and as the liaison between leads, realtors, and Sales Representatives. The Client Engagement Specialist supports the sales and marketing initiatives for their respective divisions within View Homes, Inc. The position responds, qualifies, generates and handles internet, phone, chat, and e-mail information requests, managing the sales funnel by nurturing leads and driving conversion to initial consultations.
It is imperative that the Client Engagement Specialist maintain a mindset of continual improvement and work diligently to foster a culture of continual improvement within the team, the department, and the company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide same day, immediate email/phone response to all internet leads from assigned builder partner website and 3rd party sources.
- Respond quickly to “Live Chat” inquiries and convert to on-site appointments.
- Serve as a resource to realtors by providing customized solutions for them.
- Conduct regular outbound calls and lead procurement activities.
- Qualify Leads and follow up multiple times with online prospects until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Sales Representative.
- Maintain a database of leads through CRM prior to hand-off to On-Site team.
- Assist prospective buyers in selecting the best community/location/product for their wants and needs.
- Conduct and manage ongoing email campaigns, newsletters, and online community launches. Including, but not limited to sending out marketing collateral to Leads and thru live chats.
- Provide reporting of Lead activity and sales conversion weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Make recommendations based on results of reports, conversion rates, and aggregate data, to improve the online customer experience.
- Monitor website data on the company website and all 3rd party websites, including but not limited to Zillow, Newhomesource.com/BDX, Realtor.com. Report inconsistencies to Corporate and Division Marketing Team.
- Provide consistent follow-up with all leads received at the 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28-day milestones.
- Perform and maintain competitive email marketing and website market research, frequently visit competition.
- Maintain a current knowledge base of communities, home plans, available quick move-in homes, incentives, financing options and any upcoming events per division
- Regularly visit model homes and inventory.
- Attend Sales meetings, marketing meetings, community evets, training programs, and keep abreast of all campaigns.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Other projects assigned by Corporate and Division Marketing Department, Director of Sales, and Division Leader.
- Ensure you present yourself in a professional manner, while maintaining an insightful and enthusiastic team focused environment.
- Maintain positive communication channels to help the flow of information from department to department.
- Participate in training when needed. This includes learning product knowledge, procedural proficiencies, and computer software.
- Adhere to departmental operating guidelines and View Homes’ Employee Manual.

Knowledge and Required Skills:
- Enjoys sales and marketing activities. High energy, positive, can-do attitude
- Advanced internet, email, and sales contact CRM experience
- Proficient at overcoming various sales objectives and concerns
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and CRM management
- Typing 45 WPM
- Detail oriented, outstanding follow-up skills, customer focused
- Excellent email writing and telephone communication skills
- Solid organizational, planning, and managing skills
- Must be able to work in an unstructured environment and quickly tackle ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision
- Prioritize time well, juggle several projects at once and experience working under deadlines
- Knowledge of online communication tools like Zoom, Skype, BombBomb is a plus

EXPERIENCE: Two years’ experience in sales or marketing, homebuilding industry is preferred.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred, with concentration in Marketing or related business field.
EEO/OSHA/ADA: Able to manipulate and use CRT/screens, keyboards, mouse/pointing devices, etc., associated with contemporary computers. Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Maintain a valid Driver’s License.
