Desert View provides safe and competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. We provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care.
Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. \n\nThe Audiologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing and balance disorders. They will work closely with physicians, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that improve patients’ quality of life.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \nConduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic assessments.\nDiagnose and treat auditory and balance disorders in patients of all ages.\nFit, program, and maintain hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.\nProvide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss and treatment options.\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.\nMaintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.\nStay updated on the latest advancements in audiology and hearing healthcare.
