Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.\n\nThe Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is responsible for providing pre-hospital emergency care and transportation for patients requiring medical attention. The EMT will assess patients, administer basic life support (BLS), and assist in emergency procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \nRespond promptly to emergency calls and provide efficient, compassionate pre-hospital care.\nPerform patient assessments and determine the appropriate course of action.\nAdminister basic life support (BLS), including CPR, oxygen therapy, bleeding control, and splinting.\nSafely transport patients to and from medical facilities while monitoring vital signs.\nCommunicate effectively with dispatch, paramedics, hospital staff, and law enforcement.\nMaintain accurate patient care reports and documentation in compliance with regulations.\nEnsure ambulances and medical equipment are clean, stocked, and in working condition.\nFollow all protocols, safety guidelines, and hospital policies.
