Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.\n\nThe Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a hospital setting.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \nAssist pharmacists in preparing, packaging, and labeling medications.\nProcess and fill prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.\nMaintain and update patient medication records with accuracy.\nManage and restock medication inventory while monitoring expiration dates.\nEnsure compliance with all hospital policies, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.\nOperate pharmacy equipment and systems for medication dispensing.\nProvide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.\nAssist with billing and insurance claim processing as needed.
