Desert View provides safe and competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.The Podiatric Physician will diagnose, treat, and prevent conditions affecting the foot, ankle, and lower extremities. This role involves conducting medical evaluations, performing surgical and non-surgical interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient mobility and overall well-being.Key Responsibilities : Diagnose and treat conditions related to the foot, ankle, and lower extremities, including fractures, infections, and chronic diseases.Perform surgical and non-surgical interventions to correct deformities and alleviate pain.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with podiatric disorders.Provide wound care management, especially for diabetic and high-risk patients.Prescribe medications, physical therapy, and custom orthotic devices as needed.Educate patients on proper foot care, preventive measures, and post-treatment care.Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
