This role requires at least 3 years of quality experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in dairy. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of FDA regulations and experience with 3rd party food safety audits. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
- Maintain Food Safety and Quality Assurance Management Systems
- Implement corrective actions and preventative measures related to food safety and non-conformities
- Supervise QA Technicians
- Implement cleaning, housekeeping activities, and master sanitation schedule
