About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Facility Porter to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our facility in Frederick County, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain packing equipment to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of yogurt products.
- Follow quality control policies and procedures to ensure packaged products meet established standards.
- Monitor packaging materials for proper alignment and functionality.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating packing equipment and working in the production area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience operating packing equipment or similar machinery in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs accurately.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
