Description
Design Air is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee Ductless HVAC product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive market growth, and strengthen customer loyalty. As the Ductless Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and maintaining Design Air's ductless products as a dominant market leader.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote ductless HVAC products
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, product positioning, and sales collateral
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our contractors, sales team, and other departments
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand the ductless products reach and market presence
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to ensure the brand remains competitive and maintains and expands its market share
- Analyze sales data and market insights to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements in the Ductless HVAC sector
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
What We’re Looking for
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business management, or a similar role
- Prior residential and/or commercial ductless HVAC-related experience preferred
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth
- Strong understanding of the HVAC industry and customer needs
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
