The Role:
We are looking for a Strategist to join our New York studio. The Strategist will be a supporting member of the strategy team contributing and collaborating in the creation and development of brand strategies for leading companies. This role is responsible for providing rigorous research, insight and inspiration around all parts of the strategy development process to build persuasive arguments that result in effective strategies and solutions for our clients, supporting a Senior Strategist and/or Strategy Director.
You'll be a critical thinker, a problem solver, and a storyteller, able to translate complex data and insights into compelling narratives that inspire both our clients and our internal teams. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with designers, client managers, and other strategists to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Reframe and challenge client briefs to drive impactful solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise-level clients.
- Conduct research and generate insights to inform brand strategy.
- Collaborate with creative teams to shape innovative brand experiences.
- Build strong client relationships and expand growth opportunities.
- Develop and present work & POVs to build agency reputation
About you:
You will have ideally worked in a similar role for around 2-4 years, with a range of brand strategy experience on enterprise clients and a bonus if you have experience or interest to work along Growth teams. You thrive solving business and creative challenges at pace, always presenting your ideas clearly and compellingly to the team and clients. You’re comfortable with data and research. As someone who thrives in the details, you enjoy diving deep into intricate subjects and helping others see the bigger picture. You can confidently communicate complex information to senior-level team members, driving alignment and buy-in. You’re happy brainstorming with the team to come up with game-changing creative ideas, always challenging with courage and integrity. You too believe in the power of brand.
