Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for garment construction and a strong proficiency in sewing techniques. This role involves working with various fabrics and materials to create high-quality garments and products. The Seamstress will play a vital role in ensuring that all items meet our quality standards while adhering to deadlines.

Duties

• Operate sewing machines and other equipment to fabricate garments according to specifications.
• Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain an organized workspace within the warehouse environment to ensure efficiency.
• Assist in the selection of fabrics and materials based on project needs.
• Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.

Experience

• Proven experience in sewing, garment construction, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with various sewing machines and tools used in fabricating garments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
