We are Design Citizen; a human-centered talent agency working with organizations to create innovative, inclusive, and sustainable business solutions through design.
Our client is an Advertising and Marketing firm that specializes in consumer facing web portals for large tech based corporations. They are looking for a designer with strong production skills to develop and deliver a wide range of creative assets for one of the world’s largest and most innovative tech companies, spanning everything from gaming to productivity applications. This is a contract-to-hire role, offering a chance to showcase your skills and secure a long-term opportunity.
In this position, you’ll bridge creative vision with hands-on production, ensuring high-quality outputs across digital (and some print). You’ll collaborate with internal teams—designers, strategists, and project managers—to translate big ideas into polished deliverables such as display ads, product detail pages (PDPs) and digital merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align designs with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Asset Production: Produce, refine, and finalize assets for both digital (ads, campaigns, PDPs) and print (merchandising, packaging) environments.
- Tool Mastery: Use Figma for PDPs, display ads, and social banners; leverage Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for creative development.
- Consistency & Systems Thinking: Ensure all deliverables share a cohesive look and feel, reinforcing brand identity and strategic objectives.
- Project Management: Juggle multiple production timelines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions that streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep assets fresh and competitive.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a creative production or design role.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated experience in digital and print production (campaigns, visual merchandising, PDPs).
- Ability to ensure design consistency across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with collaborative online platforms (e.g., Teams, Figma) for joint concept development and asset creation.
- Systems thinking to build and maintain design frameworks that scale.
- UX/UI knowledge is a plus, particularly regarding responsive design and user flows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suited to cross-functional teamwork.
