As the Product Design Director, you will own the design discipline end-to-end, from vision to execution to launch. You’ll balance strategy with hands-on craft, working at the intersection of UX, visual design, and product thinking to bring a market-ready product to life.

What You’ll Do
Lead Design Execution & Craft
- Hands-on leadership—whether you lean UX-first or Visual-first, you’re still in the work: designing, prototyping, iterating, and shipping great experiences.
- Balance UX & Visual Design Excellence—from information architecture to interaction design to polished UI, ensuring both usability and delight.
- Champion Research & Strategy—partner with product managers to ask the right questions, synthesize insights, and turn research into actionable design.
- Prototype Rapidly & Iterate—test hypotheses, gather user feedback, and refine solutions before high-fidelity design work begins.
Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle, from concept to launch to iteration.
- Work seamlessly with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape and deliver a cohesive user experience across the product ecosystem.
- Design for Scale & Adoption—ensure the product is not only functional but also marketable, driving engagement and business impact.
- Support Growth Initiatives—help design product-led growth strategies, working with marketing to ensure the brand and product experience align.
Evangelize Design & Influence Stakeholders
- Be a voice for design at the leadership table—advocate for user experience as a key driver of business success.
- Educate and align stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and leadership on the value of design-driven decision-making.
- Shape the Product & Design Culture—introduce best practices in collaboration, async work, and user-centered design.
What You Bring
Hands-on Craft & Product Execution
- Deep expertise in UX, Visual, or both—with a strong track record of bringing digital products to market.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality product design work, from research-driven UX flows to visually compelling interfaces.
- Experience designing complex, multi-stakeholder products—ideally in travel, logistics, or productivity tools.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, prototyping software) and an ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
Strategic Thinking & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Go-to-market experience—you understand how to launch and iterate on a product with business impact in mind.
- Strong collaboration skills—able to work with product managers, engineers, and marketing to align design decisions with business goals.
- Ability to advocate for design’s role in product strategy, ensuring user experience remains at the center of decision-making.
- A data-informed mindset—able to integrate research, analytics, and user insights into the design process.
