- Collaborate with the creative team to design craft products that align with market trends and consumer needs.
- Prepare accurate digital art files and product specifications.
- Design packaging for various craft brands and prepare files for print.
- Research and track trends, colors, and materials to inform craft product designs.
- Design and proof artwork, planograms, and pre-production samples for various brand collections.
- Develop prototypes and sales materials, including PowerPoint presentations, sell sheets, and samples.
- Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure product success.
- Maintain up-to-date trend reviews and propose process improvements.
- Take initiative to present new ideas for trends and innovations specific to brands of craft products.
- Support projects as assigned.
