Job Description
- Innovate and design highly commercial and sellable products in collaboration with the full creative team that adheres to strategic, technical & budget constraints.
- Design / Create new artwork as well as reformat existing art to create new assets.
- Produce exceptional design concepts as well as prepare files for production.
- Ensure presentation images, both digital mockups and sample photography, are completed to a high standard.
- Able to interpret design briefs with little direction and work collaboratively as needed on projects to ensure consistent design throughout entire program is achieved.
- Ensure all products are designed to the correct specifications before completing and ensure all deadlines and milestone for on-time delivery of work are met.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on product category trends and competitor product lines consistently throughout the year. Actively conduct on-going market research for innovation and trend development and be able to translate this to create commercial products.
- Actively participate in the presentation of new ideas for trend and innovation. Self-propel design solutions to present to the team.
- Set up artwork on templates accurately and select appropriate printers based on the desired outcome for product mockups. Manage workflow effectively to handle multiple mock-up deadlines simultaneously.
- Hybrid work schedule - must be available in the Atlanta office 1-3 days per week as needed to support printing for projects.
