- Increase sales through tactical account planning within the classroom / school supply channels, as well as specialty marketplace channels.
- Oversee the daily execution of sales plans, ensuring seamless implementation and progress.
- Track performance, identify opportunities to increase sales, address lost sales, and evaluate overall business health.
- Successfully manage customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth and future partnership.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities by leveraging market research, building comprehensive knowledge of the education industry, and cultivating valuable connections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Demand Planning, Finance, and Sales, to contribute to initiatives that foster customer growth and success.
