Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Oversee engineering and system integration efforts, ensuring seamless execution of electrical and mechanical layouts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and field personnel to ensure successful implementation and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and schedules to support client objectives and project requirements.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to drive project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within automation, material handling, or system integration industries.
- Proven expertise in project scheduling tools such as MS Project or similar software.
- Strong ability to estimate project costs, develop budgets, and control expenses effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, engineering layouts, and integration processes.
- Hands-on experience managing field activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- A track record of delivering projects successfully in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
