Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to oversee infrastructure rehabilitation projects, ensuring quality control, compliance, and efficient project execution. This role requires strong coordination with contractors, agencies, and project stakeholders while tracking progress, schedules, and budget adherence.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct field inspections on large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying potential delays or cost overruns and providing recommendations for corrective action.
- Serve as the point of contact between contractors, government agencies, and project management teams, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth communication.
- Review and track project plans, drawings, and documentation, ensuring accurate updates and record-keeping throughout the construction phase.
- Maintain detailed field and office reports, including progress logs, material tracking, and compliance records.
- Verify quantity computations and construction materials used, ensuring they align with project specifications and standards.
